Images are available free of charge to those organizations which are positively promoting Northland, and which adhere to the following conditions:
- Permission is granted for one use only, and images may not be stored electronically or passed on. Second or subsequent usage will require the completion of a new online application.
- Images must be either credited to Destination Northland or the captions/image titles must be used.
- Images may not be used to promote a region other than Northland, nor can they be used in a competitive manner or situation.
- Images may not be manipulated in any way.
- Some images may have been supplied by a Northland operator (named in the caption) and must not be used by any competing operator from either within or outside the region.
- Images may not be used for commercial purposes or on-sold.
- Please ensure all or you suppliers such as Graphic Design Companies understand and adhere to these conditions, and have reviewed the Northland Brand Guidelines.
Any variation in the above conditions can only be made with the express written permission of Destination Northland.
